DUB1 - Edge Router Reload

At the recommendation of our hardware vendor, we are upgrading the software of our DUB1 Internet routes and also doing a full reboot on them. This will be completed one at a time and no outage to customer traffic should be expected.

During this time, traffic may take less optimal routes while certain paths, transit, or IXs are offline. Normal operation will be restored shortly after. Each router should be offline for less than 15 minutes.
