At approximately 12PM EST on Wednesday, May 29, we will be rolling out changes to authentication for the TSW portal (beta.tsw.io). There should be no changes to API access. We anticipate the portal will be unavailable for less than 30 minutes while the change is taking place.
The user impacts are mostly visual, with a new login screen being shown when loading the application. You can continue to login using your existing username and password, or via Google if that is your preferred method.
This update should address the pain points some users have been encountering around the current MFA implementation. If you currently use MFA, you will be prompted to set it up through the new provider on your first login.
